A commitment to detail and a passion for design is what distinguishes Gina Maloney Events. Each event is unique and custom designed to reflect each client’s personal vision. We take time to get to know you personally and collect information about your style, what is important to you, your story as a couple, elements that you would like to incorporate, budgets, etc. Then through a creative collaboration we will work together and take your vision of what you want your wedding to be and translate that into invitations, color schemes, floral design, decor, entertainment, etc. We will help you choose, negotiate, coordinate and manage every vendor and staff member involved in your wedding and act as your liaison between all vendors and staff. We will create a budget for the wedding, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunches and any other events that will take place. We will create timelines, handle transportation, room blocks, special outings and help create welcome and guest gifts. We are on site for all set up until the event is broken down. We are there to assist you with every detail from the moment we are hired until the last guest departs.
